FREIGHT & DELIVERY
1. Shipping costs
- For net order amount less than HKD$600, shipping fee is HKD$60
- Free shipping for net order amount HKD$600 or above
2.Delivery time
- 3 to 5 working days
3. Non-coverage area
- Outlying islands (except Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan), Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu
- P.O boxes
- Any hotel address
Overseas orders
We currently do not provide overseas delivery services. Delivery services are only available in Hong Kong.
Delivery instructions
After payment is completed, you will receive a "Confirmed Shipping" email within 2 to 3 working days. The email contains shipping details and includes a link to the tracking number that you can click to check the status of your order.
Undelivered shipment arrangements
If the recipient fails to successfully pick up the parcel during delivery, the recipient must call the courier company to arrange a pick-up date and time.
Freight is applicable at cost unless otherwise agreed. If there are any delays due to out of stock products we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
